Responsibility: Please note that once an order has shipped, Canary Canary is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We recommend you inspect your package to ensure you received what you ordered and that it is not damaged.

International Shipping: For customers outside of the United States, please note that Canary Canary is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
